4) Do I swallow the remedy with water, let them dissolve in my mouth, apply it externally, or take it in some different way?


Generally speaking, let them dissolve under your tongue. There is another way to dose that involves dilution in water, but it is actually more complicated than just dissolving them ... so, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it!

(Perhaps I'll write a future article about this one if enough patients express their interest in me so doing)
